[Resolved]  Reliance Trends — Misbehaviour with customer from your representative - very bad experience

Hello Team, Yesterday I visited Reliance trends located at korum mall thane. I selected one shirt and took confirmation from one of the salesperson that it has 50% off deal. After waiting for long time in queue got to know that it has 30% off deal and when I told sales person that it was confirmed earlier and after discussion (mr.gangavane sales person) said something like "you cant say anything to us like this if you want you mail to ambani nothing will happen " instead of saying sorry. This was very very bad experience and I wanted to escalate this so that appropriate action would be taken on this. Please reach out to me for further details Rohit [protected]
