All there staff /sup./dm all staff are making the false commitments to the customer. My refund supposed to be done into my bank account but this wasn't done they are providing false transaction id which is not recognised by my bank.
I have been chasing them for almost 3 months now... No response
Pathetic customer service by reliance trends.
Every time i tried to contact customer care they give me an assurance it wil be done at earliest and all however its never done till now.
On my last call last month your call center lady said don't worry issue will be resolved and you will get your money.
Will get back before 6th jul'18. On 7th i had to call to the center again as there was neither any response nor any call back i received from reliance.
When i spoke to the staff again same old story was repeated please wait till 15th will get back before that...
Is that the only work left for me to do... They dont care about thir customer no body attends to the customer or to solve their query.
Its 90days already and still i am waiting for my refund to be done in my bank.
All are making false promises.
Worse call center customer service i ever experienced.
Is there any reason for not refunding the customers money??
Can one person tell me what is this??? Or
