I have purchased some pants, shirts, and T-shirts for Rupees 4049/-
Your staff has kept my bag for a long time until if finished my selection. The T-Shirt which I selected is XL size. After coming home I checked my bag and to my surprised, the T-shirts which are in the bag are not the size which I have selected so I went to your shop for a return. But your manager Mr. Sarath did not accept the return and he is trying to convince me by telling me that the TPR(test positive rate of COVID-19) in Kerala is high so he told me that I have to come one more time for returning the product. I can't understand his logic and the concept. Could you please tell me how come the TPR rate will reduce if the same customer is coming to your shop one more time for returning the product? I a customer is tested positive for covid and coming to your shop many more times then your staff and other customers will be infected. If he is really having concern about the TPR rate he is supposed to change the product immediately if it is a genuine case. But instead of pleasing the customer, he irritated me. I am not convinced with the way he treated me. Please arrange for the return or refund for the product as the mistake is not mine. i am submitting the photo of the purchase bill and the product. if you are arranging the replacement the send me XL large size of the same pattern and color of the T-SHIRT. Expecting your reply soon.
