Reliance Trends — Not getting proper resolution on complaint

I've filed a consumer complaint with the complaint ID 4210092, which was registered on 12/4/2022. When their representative called and inquired about the problem, I provided specifics. After that, the Reliance Retail Service Desk called me three times only to reopen the issue. They requested me To reopen this issue three times after they had not resolved it previously.
