Reliance Trends — Not received the hamper due to the sales person's careless nature

This is Deepali Patil. I have brought some clothes from Hinjewadi Reliance Trend. At the same time there were 2 bills generated and total amount was approximately Rs.7400.
I was supposed to get the gift hamper from the shop. But they denied to give me. They give me the reason about 2 different bills. But they didn't gave me the idea that I can get the hamper on above Rs.6000. My 1st bill was Rs. 5700. That sales person was not giving us any idea and then we again purchased some cloths Rs.1700.

Bottom line is sales person must have to give the idea about the offers. That offers are basically launched for customer.

I hope 🤞 I will get the hamper.
