Reliance Trends — order not delivered | |||
I have ordered 2 shirts and 2 t-shirts from reliance trends, shirts were delivered 10 days before itself. However got an email for t-shirts on may 30 saying it will be delivered before june 4. Today it is june 16 still i didn't got any update on the product. Even i sent email to reliance trends customer care and to the courier team so far no response. Even i tried calling reliance trends customer care but i hope they provided number just for a sake. A day i used to call 5 times but it will not get attended by any representative and it will get dropped off in 2 mins this is happening for past 5 days. My order id is tr05932096. Will it get resolved or is there a way to file a case against reliance trends. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have not received any updates from reliance trends still now. I usually go to trends for my shopping. Hopefully this could be my last shopping with trends. Cheats...
