Reliance Trends — outlet staff is sending unprofessional whatsapp message and collecting contact details

Hi,
Today my sister went for shopping to reliance trends branch in burdwan, west bengal. She has given her personal contact number at the time of billing as required. One of the staff from that branch has illegally collected that number and started sending her irrelevant and personal messages in whatsapp. Which is completely unethical and unprofessional.
