Reliance Trends — Payment Done for twice

Hi, I am Omkar from Satara, Maharashtra and. I have shopped some clothes from trends and When I was at cash counter I made payment to QR code provided by counter lady from PhonePe, from my side payment was successful but she said payment was not received then again I have made payments using cards. Manager and that lady said you will get refund but not yet refunded.
