Reliance Trends — Payment has been done double times

Hi,
This is Ramesh
I have purchased clothes on reliance trends on 5th march 9;30 PM
I have done the first payment through ICICI UPI and they told me payment has been held will get back to you one day for that they told me to pay again so I paid through phone pe..
I called them and went store they are telling like the payment has failed you should go to icicibank.
I checked with icici customer care they are telling me payment has been done successfully reliance on trends merchant account..
