Reliance Trends — poor customer service

Today i went to reliance trends (PDR MALL) Varanasi. I picked a short kurta (with 30% discount mentioned). When I went to the billing counter we were told that there is no discount. One of the staffs behaved pretty impolitly when I told that there is a discount. I was quite annoyed and refused to take kurta. Such behaviour is not acceptable in customer facing jobs like this.
