[Resolved]  Reliance Trends — purchased item was not packed and delivered

Hi.. I went for a purchase on 1st jan 2015 to reliance trends at phoenix mall chennai with my friends and bought 2 jeans and one shirt for myself and my friend brought 2 t shirts.. we made it a single bill as there was an offer.. the salesperson billed 2 t shirt and kept aside and billed my purchased items .. then salesperson had packed my items and forget to pack 2 t shirts and we came to know regarding this after we reached home .. please let me know how to approch for getting back my purchased item or money back..
