Reliance Trends — refund / no response till now

I have orderd a T-shirt which have size issue soo i have return it on 29-6-18 and till now it is showing is only refund initiated and it has been soo much time today 7-7-18 and it is showing only this my order id is #[protected]TR06129391 and also my 2 product which i ordered on 12-6-18 and about that it is till now showing confim i want to cancel but that is also not possible and ur service is worst i have seen not picking the phone also not about customer satisfaction plzzz doooo something
