Reliance Trends — Refund or Reissue of my gift voucher

I had purchased reliance trend gift voucher thru Amazon on July 23. This was for a friend of mine who works abroad. Unfortunately, he didn't purchase it on time, and I too forgot to remind him about it and due to some personal loss in family he couldn’t travel and use the vouchers. The total amount of the voucher is around 10k. Tried reaching Amazon, but they asked me to touch base with reliance trends. today i wrote to them and they have washed off their hand by asking me to contact amazon. i want my hard-earned money back or the the gift card reissued.
