Reliance Trends — Regarding a lenovo handset s850

Dear sir, I purchased a lenovo s850 handset 6months back In your shop but 2months back repaired a moble in your shop but again we suffered a display problem already I handover my phone in your shop on 23rd feb 2015 but there is no responsed from your side properly. Your peoples told with in 10days they will give next they called & told to me again they taken a 10days now they are not responding properly, so please retified my proble its very urgent.
