Reliance Trends — Regarding the transfer of points from reliance one shopping card

Respected sir, I, Pratik L. Monpara ( City- Rajkot, State- Gujarat) is having the Reliance One card ( No- [protected])for the shopping. As I frequently shop in reliance, my wife is also having a different reliance card. But by mistake the reliance one card of my wife has been misplace and this card is having approx 769 points. When I told the same to the staff of releiance, Rajkot, Gujarat ; they had informed me that I have to write to you to transfer the points that are already credited to my wife's account to my account. So its a humble request to transfer the points of my wife- RIDDHI MONPARA (MOBILE- [protected])(Last four digits of the card are -1770)ACCOUNT TO MY (PRATIK MONPARA, MOBILE-[protected], ACCOUNT CARD NO-[protected]) ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.. If transfer is not possible that suggest me any other way so that I can use the points of the above mentioned misplaced card. I have mailing to [protected]@ril.com for many times but till date not received any reply regarding the solution.
