Reliance Trends — Request for refund - urgent attention required

Dear Customer Service Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unresolved issue regarding a refund for my recent purchase at the Reliance Trends store located on Delhi Road, Hapur. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I am yet to receive the refund of my money.

On May 20, 2023, I visited your store and purchased items worth INR 1597. To complete the transaction, I made the payment through my IDFC First Bank app. After the transaction, I received a successful payment notification from my bank, confirming the deduction of the said amount. However, the staff at the store claimed that they did not receive the payment.

In an attempt to resolve the situation, I was asked to repay the amount through PhonePe, which I did successfully on the second attempt. The store staff assured me that the initial payment would be refunded within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it has been over 1.5 months, and I am yet to receive the refund.

Moreover, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by the staff. I have made numerous phone calls to the store, but every time, I am given the same response that my concern has been noted and they will call back after checking the status. Regrettably, I have never received a call back from them.

As a loyal customer of Reliance Trends, I believe in the brand and expect a level of service that matches the reputation it holds. I kindly request you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and ensure the immediate refund of my money. Additionally, I request you to address the issue o[censored]nresponsive customer service, as it reflects poorly on the company's image.

I have attached copies of the payment receipts from both the IDFC First Bank app and PhonePe for your reference. Please find the necessary details below:
