Reliance Trends — return n exchange of clothes | |||
I went to reliance trends store kota at cinemall on 1 to exchange few clothes purchased on 30 april. I am highly disappointed by the services u adhere to give n the services which cm recieves. It took me an hour to exchange clothes for which i took five minutes to select as i just wanted bigger sizes on those clothes. U must train your staff to be polite n exchange process knowledge.
