I have returned my items on july 14 2018. Still i am waiting for the return amount. I gave compliant on this. When ever i ask about the status your staff write an email and ask for two days resolve time. But still it is pending. Surprised i got an email on aug 27 and there mentioned the maximum resolve time is august 24. Please look into this.
