I am a regular customer of reliance trends and went to exchange a dress today (20/01/2015 @ around 5:30pm) at the Store's branch at Royal Meenakshi Mall on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. The exchange till machine was not working, so we waited for at least 15 minutes very patiently while the staff tried to resolve the issue. Noteworthy was the impolite and dismissive behaviour of the store manager, Mr. Jeevan Prakash Bhukta. Every time we asked him the issue would be resolved or how long it would it would take, his answer was" its a machine, it will take time, you have to wait". After almost 20 minutes when we asked him for an alternate solution since we could not wait any longer, he replied that "it is a system fault and I cant do anything. You can talk to any manager you wish, no one can offer you a solution". Finally after many more such annoying responses from him, I aked for his name and then suddenly he came up with ideas like " why dont you go the Jayanagar Store"?? I can understand that he is just a mere staff at the store with no real authority but the least that Reliance Trend can do is hire and train their staff about customer service!!! Will NEVER recommend the store to anyone, especially the staff's behaviour should be taken note of and he should be reprimanded accordingly. Staff like this just spoil the brand's image and lose out on the clientele. Was this information helpful? |
