My fried gifted a shirt which was purchased on feb 1st 2019 since it was big size so today i went to the same branch trends store. The store manager not accepted my product for return even though it has price tag and bill. He strongly belived it was used and washed.
He is not ready what i am trying to speak. I wanted to exchange this product asap
