Reliance Trends — Staff Misbehaviour

I came today to purchase few casual t-shirts.. Post purchase, I found that it had some issues with respect to the shoulder fit and many other aspects. Hence, I came to the show room and approached for refund where the staff told me they don't have refund, they have only credit note.
Post that i came out and then I saw this staff is checking with the lady who is in charge of the baggage and giving the token outside before we enter. Later when I just tried to ask him the reason for not providing the fund, he was arguing with me and said he had worked in many companies like Max Fashion where they also follow the same. I didn't want to argue and told pls don't misbehave and argue with your customers. The response I got from him was that he is very much aware of what he says and he has vast amount of experience.
Infact, he was very nervous and insulted me, he never tried to even listen to what I am trying to tell him as he was so occupied with countering me. Later I left the showroom with at most disappointment.
The attitude from this guy was very unprofessional and as a customer let me say, this was the worst experience I ever had. I literally don't want to do any purchase for this brand anymore.
