Reliance Trends — staffs behaviour

I had a bad experience shopping at one of the reliance trends batch in madurai. I took 3 dresses for trial and bought one dress. I gave the remaining two unselected dress for replacement and the staffs mocked at me. They were like saying you tried 3 dresses but only bought one for and we have to replace yoir dress. I m very angry with their reply.

Sir I purchased shoes in reliance trends which are not in one colour.so I returned on the date of delivery.refund not done to my account. Till date27.04.2019 this refunding process going on from17.03.2019.please do the needfull.my registration account number in ajio. [protected],
