Dear sir/madam,
I am a regular customer of your company, day before yesterday dated on 26th september 18 i had purchased 8 items and total amount of rs.7233.00 from your rangoli mall, belur, howrah, pin-711202,. Tax invoices no. [protected]. After that your company people told me that you are eligible for get free gift pressure cooker which is not available so you take 2 fringing pan tawa set, i had asked for pressure cooker because i not require the 2 fringing pan tawa set, but your people told me that that's out of stock and we are not confirm you to how many days need it will available with us, your company peoples are connivance me & my wife to take 2 fringing pan tawa set and it's give us so many benefits. After that your company people add it in my invoice and handover the gifts.
Yesterday dated 27th september 18 my wife has visited your store told your store people that we don't require the 2 fringing pan tawa set so kindly change the gifts to pressure cooker we are wait for till your stocks availability of pressure cooker. But your peoples are very rudely reply her that we are not able to change the gifts items because it's not our rules.

Think is that on that day we not ready to take your 2 fringing pan as a gift because we don't require it, first we were asking for pressure cooker as a gift but your company people connivance us on that day to take 2 fringing pan as a gift because pressure cooker stocks are not available.

We are you regular customer of your company and we very much satisfied with your company brand before this incident but now it's not a good experience for us with your company. It's not only for a gift, it's trust of a brand, believes of a brand name.
Kindly look into the matter and change the my gift to pressure cooker.
