Reliance Trends — Unethical behaviour

Today i went to nearby reliance trends for only taking a tracksuit and a t shirt. I dont know why the staffs are seeing us as a cow which is tied on a coconut tree. First of all i appreciate the management for safe shopping but when i climbed the stairs up for my section. A lady staff saw me but she is looking at as seeing a stranger in a function. I believe that it is their responsibility to ask me what i am searching for. This incident happened in reliance trens branch which is located in puthanathani, malappuram, kerala, india. Please here onwards dont do such unethical behaviour to a costumer who is coming to shop because having faith in your shop and staff.
