Reliance Trends — UPI payment failure but payment deducted from account

I had done two transactions on 19/11/2022 at Budaun Trends. The accountant of your billing counter denied to receive the payment but payment is deducted from my account. Please solve my problem so that my deduct amount is refunded to my account. Payment details are given below-
