Reliance Trends — UPI payment was successful but the manager denied to take items with us

With reference to the Reliance trends of GS Rd, Ananda Nagar, Christian Basti, Guwahati, Assam, I would like to raise complaint them about misconduct and rude behaviour of the manager. I did payment of ₹ 5283 through Amazon pay UPI which was successfully processed within seconds, but the manager denied me to take back items saying they didn't receive the payment due to time out. Also when asked for the solution, he repeatedly and foolishly said only one thing that I would receive refund within 48 hours. Also when I asked them to raise complaint they denied it saying they don't know anything about it, what kind of response is this ???? I guess an idiotic one. Now what should I do apart from waiting?

What a shame for your company Seeing this incompetent system .Seeing this behaviour I am pretty sure I'm not gonna do shopping through reliance trends .
