Reliance Trends — worst customer service

Visited your store at city centre mangalore today. When i requested for alteration of 2 dresses there is absolutely no communication between the billing counter and ccc. The staff at the billing counter told me that it would be done in 20 mins. However the staff at ccc argue that how it could be possible and i would have to wait for atleast an hour.
