[Resolved] Reliance Trends — Worst experiance : I want my money back | |||
I faced worst cheeting experience with reliance trends, Near kundanhalli gate, Bangalore. I have so many good shopping memories with trends. This time NO not at all. Reason: Today I took shirt worth 1390 rs but after billing I realized that your team charged me 1499 instead 1390. So please refund my money. Firstly I asked manger at reliance trend. I am not at all satisfied with his answer/Solution he said that "Sir return that shirt I will refund 1499 rs to Rone else I can't do any thing". See after checking all products I took one shirt, after billing how can you expect to return and that to with money in Rone. I paid in credit card you have to transfer the whole amount to credit card or you need to give extra money i.e.[protected]. What I will do with 1499rs in Rone. This is poor solution. I tried to file complaint in Rone. But after clicking feed back button it aromatically logging out to skip the feedback like your customer executives. Thought now I will hear good from you i.e. inform of my money refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

As confirmation by customer care, I have recharge with one year plan Rs 1480/-. After recharge when I confirmed with customer care, they are telling, it was only for 6 months. Do the needful in this
