Religarehealth insurance is not giving me my money back. I have paid 13000 inr for 4 days of hospitalization which is 25% of expenditure and you claim while selling policy that 100% amount will be paid by you. 1648 + 2400 = 4048 was the minimum which you should have paid me. Customer service has no much information and always gives run around. Sales people give false information. I don't need to prove this even. Just call sales department and just ask about policy and they say this the first thing on the call that they will bear 100% expenditure during hospitalization which can never be possible. I have recordings as well for this. I have recordings for customer service as well where you will understand the level of religare customer service. I think i must raise it to bimalokpal. Hi, please approach insurance ombudsman instead of bimalokpal, where in they will forward your complaint to insurer to comply, but they cannot issue specific order & where as insurance ombudsman is having judicial power & can issue specific order to implement within stipulated time.
