[Resolved] Religare Health Insurance — claim rejection | |||
Number one cheater company religaer health insurance. I request to all don't buy any policy form religare they given wrong information as time of buy policy. I holding religare health insurance with add rider daily hospital cash benefit. And future generali health insurance policy also. I admitted in hospital and cashless claim aprove by future generali. After discharge hospital. I claim to religer for only my hospital cahs benifit as per my rider benefit. Because i paid extra 4000 rs for hospital cash benifit. But religare my claim rejected given region below. We have reviewed the claim filed by you pertaining to health insurance policy[protected] and hereby inform you that the claim is not Payable as per policy terms and conditions listed below: • main claim not exist with religare health insurance co hence benefit not covered. • benefit not covered in policy What is wrong my claim. I not claim hospital bill. I just claim for my policy benifit daily hospital cash benifit i paid for this. And not any original document required for hospital cash binifit or any addon plan. I think need to improve you claim knowledge. As time of buy policy i ask to your employee regadig this. You emplyee inform me you cant claim main hospital bill if already paid by any other insurance company but you can claim for daily hospital cash benifit even you bill paid by any other health insurance company.
