[Resolved] Religare Health Insurance — Insurance claim denied | |||||
I took a health insurance 3 months before, on 24th Nov I got a severe back pain due to muscles strains, I got admitted in apollo for treatment, now the Religare health insurance company not accepting my claim and gives false reasons, doctor given team certificate that I don't have a arthritis but the insurance company not registering my claim and gives the reason that due to arthritis claim denied . Patient has been evaluated and investigated for back pain. The copy of the denial letter has already been shared with the said hospital. Also would like to inform you that there is waiting period of 2 year for Fibroid treatment.
