[Resolved] Religare Securities — Pathetic Service from Relationship Manager | |||
I am having demat account with you since 2009. My code is MP4414. From the past 1 year, I have had terrible experience with the relationship manager assigned to me (Mr. Rajesh). He would always forget pay-out to my bank account after T+2 days. I have to remind him. Latest grievance: My bank account was supposed to be credited yesterday. He is telling me that it has been credited yesterday(21st April 2nd half). If so, my bank account should reflect that by now (01:53 PM, 22nd April). Because, if i know this correctly, the clearing house do settlements every 4 hours. When I ask him to check in your system if you actually have performed the operation of pay-out he's not checking. To top it all, the excuse for the delay is the person in charge of pay-out is on leave. What sort of explanation is this? You have no back-up for a person in charge of pay-out? I have no other option that to transfer my scripts to another demat provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
