Regarding my remi standing fan model 2010 blue colour which using long time and recently got problem in oscillating rotating pin broken and switches got struck not able to press easily and switches box colour faded.. We have purchased recently their is power supply problem. Already we have informed to your hyderabad office. No one is responding properly. Please do the needful. The power supply is not coming to the machine. We are unable to access the centrifuge. It is in warranty. Please allot any one to solve the issue as early as possible. Dear sirs the above model fan stuck-off it is suspected that bushes and shaft may needs replacement. Please inform me the address and contact number of your authorized service center in visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh enable me get its repairs.
If possible, kindly direct the concerned repairing agency to call me once.

We are selling remi wall fan it provide us 1 year warranty for fan motors but company is not providing proper service for consumers. We have called the company several times from last 5-6 months but company just says the service man will come within 2-3 days. We have 11 nos of wall fan under warranty. Please its my humble request please take action against it....
