Here is i am booking the complaint regarding the person names prudhvi, who is handling the machine deals from hyderbad AND his manager, name i dont know,
firstly we had talk regarding the machine prp ultra, it was clear during that time only that i will be using my vacutaner tubes.
he initially rejected that he can not assure me the result, then he goes on explaining me that tube size is small it wont fit in tube bucket.
i said many doctors were using the machine, not the dr, prp tubes, in same fashion i will be doing the thing.then he said okey this is all like month back.
first payment done.during that period, and second payment(final payment)was done on saturday,
now the concern person asking me about dr.prp tubes, again
when the same thing i replied, his dilogue was same, when i sent him the video of a doctor using the same machine with vacutainer tubes,
to fix RA501 -4 tubes, he is asking me to pay extra rs1652.
was asked him to deliver the machine before 15/12/20
but the joke is he is still asking me to mail regarding the same, then he will forward it to company.

      I bought Remi cabin fan from Dadar's shop in March. I have been calling to a customer care from last 7 days. After receiving it once a week ago, he gave me the number of the Ansari technician. I called Ansari and Didn't receive or he wouldn't call me back CC Mam said I will ask Ansari to call your number but Ansari didn't call me today it's been a week now even the customer care people didn't call I've been trying for weeks but the customer care is always get engaged tone or doesn't pick up the call.
      Rami company has a very bad service.

        Regarding my remi standing fan model 2010 blue colour which using long time and recently got problem in oscillating rotating pin broken and switches got struck not able to press easily and switches box colour faded.. I have check near my area but sales and service man saying not available.. So please make arrangements to repair my fan.. Thanking you..

              I have purchased remi wall fan 6 months ago dated 11 october 2019.
              Fan had stopped in april 2020. I chose not to complain due to lockdown keeping in mind the unavailability of the technicians after lockdown ended tried calling remi but no one is answered the call for a few days. Dropped in emails twice, but not response. Finally someone received the call from remi assured me of service in 2-3 days. After a week of no service i called up again only to know from the person that he is the security guard and none of the technicians are available. Such a big company giving such pathetic excuses. Disgraceful service from remi.

                This is the worst service center and company we have come across. We are Mumbai based and bought a Cabin fan last year, which is in warranty. We are constantly trying to reach for service there is no one to assist. Even if the fan is in warranty they are asking for charges. Would never recommend anyone to buy Remi fans. Crompton is far better and their services are way too good.

                  Dear sir remi centrifuge machine regulator does not work properly machine is off automatically then regulator switch push then machine start. Power light is also fuse please send service boy. Please. This problem is persists last five months. Speed is very slow if regulator switch is pressed then speed high. Ithink the regulator switched is not work properly.

                    Sir, today morning i called up your service center no.[protected]Mumbai) with someone mr. Mistry to register my service request to send someone to my office at vile parle (East). He denied to send mechanic & told me to bring fan to our service center. When i inform him i will lodge complaint against you, he said do whatever you want. Is this your (Reputed brand) service?. At present i am using three fans in my office. If i am expecting such type of service, in future i will never use remi product & will not recommend to anybody.

                          REMI Fans are sold and serviced by Remi Sales & Engineering Ltd., on whose letterhead we are replying to you through its branches located at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Indore, Kanpur, Kochi, Nagpur & New Delhi. All our fans are warranted as per Warranty Card, and we are selling more than 200000 fans per year and our Service Centers of branches servicing fans in manufacturing warranty period.

                          You have given us following complainant’s name & address:

                          Addresss: Parameshwar nagar, surathkal, Mangalore 575014.

                          Has he made complaint as per our Guarantee Card to the dealer whom he purchased or our branch’s address? According to us, our Bengaluru branch located at No.8/1, 3rd Cross, Shamanna Garden, Adugodi Post, Bengaluru-560030, Tel: [protected], Email: [protected]@remigroup.com have not received any complaint from Mr. Ashok Rao nor our Service Representative staying in Udupi and visiting Mangalore and surrounding areas for servicing in manufacturing warranty period have received his complaint.

                          but now we are facing of noise problem after exhaust fan is on.

                              I am absolutely surprised to see that rami fan kokata service center at
                              'bando house, 29, ganesh chandra avenue,
                              Kolkata – 700 013.

                              But no contact number, company do not entertain customer calls at the service center. Why this service center in running in kolkata, i am frustrated buying this fan since 4th april, 2016. I need to come forward with my complain in the consumer forum,

                                  Fan worked only for 8-9 months.Then started speed problem first at speed 1 setting & the at 2nd speed.Only 3 rd speed working at slow speed. I contacted
                                  the dealer, but I cannot contact the servicing centre due to unavailability of
                                  servicing centre at Sangli. On website information, I contacted your Servicing Centre, Mumbai.The office give the contact no.of shri Jarane, servicing engn.
                                  from Sangli. Cotacting him for last 2-3 months, but fan was not repaired yet.
                                  He told me that the problem is minor.
