[Resolved] Renault — Breakdown of new car | |||
Dear sir, Sub: recurring complaint for my new renault kwid. Ref: vehicle engine no. b4aa400e004679, chase number-meebba007fa305197 I write to inform you that i have purchased a renault kwid from your authorized dealer t v sundrami iyengar & sons pvt ltd - mavoor road, calicut, kerala, india-673004 on[protected] for an amount of rs.3, 62, 668/- excluding tax and insurance charges. I regret to inform you that after purchasing the vehicle, within one week of time, it showed starting trouble and this has been informed to the dealer, but they didn’t respond in any manner and i also has not induced too much on them as this was happening only rarely. but after three months, one day i started the vehicle and just moved from my house to the road which is only 100 meters away, where i stopped for gate closing. once i stopped the vehicle and tried for restarting it was not responding and also all battery related parts such as automatic glass door closure and lights power has come down. this has been informed to the dealer and their quick response was that it is the fault of battery. please be noted that i have purchased the vehicle only three months before and as this has happened only because of the spares used by the company is of low quality or damaged ones.in this situation it is the liability of the company to replace the spare at free of cost, but instead they have recharged the same and given back, it has to be noted that this is purely because of the non quality of products used by the company as the complaint has started within one week of time. Now before two days[protected] as i was driving the vehicle to perambra which is only 6 kilometers from my hometown, i drived my car to the petrol station for refilling. once i tried to start the vehicle after refilling the fuel, again the same complaint arised. the same movement i have informed to the dealer service center and they came to the spot at 2 o’ clock mid night and taken to the service center. they informed that the battery is weak and has to be charged again. And there was another complaint with the dash board box lock. this complaint they have tried to rectify by replacing the lock. till now it has not been rectified fully even after replacing with a new one, which shows that either they are using non quality spares or they are not qualified to work in a well known company like you which will destroy the fame of the company. On the above circumstance i write to inform you to replace the battery and any related parts thereof to have a safe driving for us at free of cost. this matter has to be taken as most urgent and important for mutual cooperation in long run. hope this will be considered to my satisfaction, up to your company’s reputation which will not force me to take legal action.
