[Resolved]  Renault — car issues

Highlighted concern is been addressed but not rectified.

1) now problem which i am facing is like once or twice in a day and it can happen anytime /anywhere, mostly in bumper to bumper traffic. Now when i visit renault faridabad dealership they drove the car for 2 kms, but they didn't find any issue, but i am still facing the issue.

Now got to know from many other reviews that duster also faces the same issue (Gear sticking from shifting 1 — 2) and they got replaces their 1st gear sncros. (Both models uses the same carryover case and gears)

2) also my car ac trips in first gear, started blowing hot air in bumper to bumper traffic in first gear and i face this issue every year in summers. Previously dealership had updated some software to rectify this issue, but need know the why this problem exist every year?

3) i had purchased my car on 31 dec 2014 and had a warranty on 4 years & 80000 kms, but least week when i visted dealership your data shows that my extended is over on 31st may 2018. Wanted to know how come my extended warranty dates got preponed from 31 dec 2018.
