I purchased renault duster reg, no. Dl8cam4379 in july 2015, from the day first regularly had problem... Start with ac performance, than pick up and last service smoke problem. This time its was 3rd service dues but neither any pre-intimation or reminder from company about the 3rd service due and since last three days i was regularly requesting for pick up /drop facility for 3 rd service. Today morning once i start feel problem of pick due to that personally visited divin autoctch pvt. Ltd., rama road delhi and their engineer said the clutch plat has been burnt and due to that the estimate will be between[protected]Final amount will advise once open the clutch plant) and they are saying its will be on paid basis and even this 3rd service will also be on paid basis because its cross 20000 km limi... Again question why there wasn't any information or reminder about third service from company side?.in this regards already complaint with renault customer care department and awaiting to hear from them. My car is single hand driving, driving car since more than 20 years and earlier were using maruti car (Used... Alto, zen, swift and last was dezire) but never ever had such issue and even didn't heard from anybody such type of issue in just 23000km and 15 months driving the clutch plat issue!!! Its requested to please tell renault to please resolved my problem under warranty and consider this under warranty without any charges and improve their service, quality and attitude towards client.
