I purchased renault duster from kanpur 24 dec 2015 reg no. Up78ed2509 and next day we gone for a trip to manali for a weekend, driving in hill area we show smoke and found clutch burning smell coming from our vehicle. We inform it to toll free no and next day we visit to mandi renault work shop there they also found burning smell. We take a latter from them to prove kanpur workshop that there is a clutch problem in vehicle. But after reaching kanpur when we ask them to change clutch they refuse us and ignore that latter saying that vehicle is under there observation if any thing they found they will rectify them. Problem was from starting but same problem now came out with full flash after 9 month now they are not solving that problem, saying its not under warranty now you have to pay for clutch changing. Still we are having that latter which we have taken from renault mandi workshop

Dear Renault Customer Care, i suppose your guys are slow but kanpur service station is fast in giving Judgement, your team is saying we are looking into your matter and we will resolved it earliest but still not got any final reply, against this service station of your kanpur sending me estimate for approval means they have given there judgement that i have to pay for that. My dear renault again i want u to inform that I AM HAVING LATTER OF YOUR RENAULT MANDI SERVICE CENTER that they have found burning smell in my vehicle and this latter is after 5 days from the vehicle purchase, so its a manufacture problem.

    I bought a duster from Renault Karnavati, Ahemedabad.
    Right now, i m using it in Vadodara.This is an extremely disappointing experience. In the starting period, car's steering used to get solid hard, maybe there was some hydraulic failure or some sort of problem. I took it to service station & got it repaired. After that This car started problems every now & then. Car would not accelerate in proportion to the accelerator we press. It would test our patience in accerating...we need to press accelerator completely. Car used to give jerks & in the digital speedometer display, red light would blink in Engine symbol . Again showed it in Service station, where they took about a month time to solve & after we were fedup of patiently waiting for their call, i made a call & got a reply that some ABS part is not available. After some mails & complains, they delivered the car, but unfortunately again after a few days Red light still blinked in engine symbol. Technitian came from their side & again they took the car & did repairs. Now, since past two months, car's Music system, along with its touch display aint working. Company has relpaced it, but the very next day, music system & its display again stopped working.

    Now Car has started with a new problem. One month ago, I had some urgent work & had to leave for Ahemedabad but surprisingly, when I pressed the unlock button in the car key it didnt work & i found that car's battery has got completely dicharged. Technician came & sorted out the problem by charging the battery. but i dont understand; how can battery get dicharged when all lights were off, car was working perfect the previously day.

    Again after that, after a month time, before 3 days again battery is completely dischared.

    I am Seriously Fedup now.

    WHEN SOME1 IS GIVING PREFERENCE TO RENAULT OVER ALL OTHER COMPANIES BECAUSE OF ITS FAME & GOOD REPUTATION, I THINK EVEN RENAULT IS EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE & ANSWERABLE TO ITS CUSTOMERS. EVEN AFTER MAKING SO MUCH INVESTMENT IN THIS CAR, WE ARE NOT GETTING THE EXPECTED RESULTS. NOW I DONT NEED ANY IFFS & BUTS & IN SHORT, I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK ALONG WITH INTEREST OR GET THE CAR REPLACED.

    I HOPE MY PROBLEM IS SORTED OUT SOON.

      Kwid 1.0 engine problems

      I purchased kwid 1. O in nov 4th 2016.

      During running it gives high engine temperature alarm. So stop the car and checked found its sump damaged so oil completely drained. So i called renault help line shift thecar to show room. Now show room person telling engine jam and need to replace whole engine.

      If car equiped with alarm system then how engine getts jam. Or this alarm coming after engine gets jam.

      Hi, I have purchased kwid 1.0 on 25 th Nov'2016.. from the beginning service was very poor. It seems staff was least interested in sell car but I bought as was keen to have this car. Dealer name Parkland auto - they promised me some accessories with car but even after 1 week they yet to give. I did so many follow up with them but there is only 1 response is out of stock... I am tired by doing these follow ups. Even on day of purchasing none from car show room turn to greet or wish like other car dealer and companies do. Pathetic.. Never go for Renualt car dealer...

        My Renault duster car is still under warranty... but very soon it will expire . i telling my car gear box problem when my car km reading was near about 28500
        to day the reading is 47600 km . in last 3-4 months i have given car for repairing at 3 times. but no use ie. problem was there only where it was before.

        here i would like say, service centre is waiting for expiry of warranty period. so that they can charge me huge amount for gear box replacement

                Hello sir,

                My name is nitin awasthi and i have made kwid booking on 27h july. I have no hope of getting this car any soon. People in cities have used it, drove it and made it old and we are the people who haven't get a chance to see it yet.
                They have confirmed 3 months waiting period and that is why i am complaining about it.

                I have made car booking by paying 25000 in cash. Now everyone is suggesting that i should drop this plan and buy any other brands car. Please suggest me what should i do?

                I can see people have made booking on february 2016 from same dealer and they haven't get it yet and so let me know what to expect? Should i also need to wait for 1 year to get this car which will be not in competition by the passing months. I have made the booking from kangra district showroom (Himachal pradesh-176206) which is newly opened in kangra itself. It is located at pathankot manali highway and being said that it is a branch of mandi showroom (Himachal pradesh)

                I will cancel my booking if i don't get it in the month of november. As people in the showroom confirmed that the care has only 3 months waiting. But i am seriously not seeing any hope.

                I need your suggestions soon or i will pass this email to higher authority. You can't make fun of people by taking advance booking of every model and yet not able to deliver the products on time.

                Or call a seminar at your showroom by inviting all the people who have made booking so far and console them about your failures. You have to face it as you have broke people's trust.

                      I am having renault duster registration no cg04jf2300 in my name as ajay kumar dewta in raipur (C. G.) cell no[protected]. I left my vehicle on 15.11.2016 to your authorise servicing centre for general check up and repairing of driver side door luck but they did not repair the door and delivered it to me on 17.11.2016 as repaired one. When i complained one mechanic came to my place and could not repair and ask me to leave the vehicle once again. We have paid all the bill amount but our requirement has no been fulfilled. As a customer i am not satisfied with such type of services, so please look in to it.

                        I am contacting you in order to express my concerns as my complaint has not been responded to. This happened on october 29th, 2016.

                        To explain in more detail dear sir, madam,

                        I brought the renault kwid 1.0 car from thane patlipada show room on 29 oct 2016 and till today i have not received the number plate to my car, registration done at rto last week on 06th oct 2016, i follow up with the show room guys every time,
                        The executive not provide after sales service promptly not update the situation i have follow up with these people.

                        Pathetic service from last 15 day;s my car is leied as dead machine and the diwali vacation is now off and no use of my car i am planing to take a car for vacation but due to number plate i am not taken car outside.

                        I am frosted with the service and the water is take off from my head it's high tide for me.

                        Please some one look in to this matter asp,.

                        To resolve this issue i would like you to need my number plate asp.

                        I consider this a very serious issue which has caused me an unnecessary amount of aggravation. I would like a response within 3 days with a view to resolving this issue within 7 days. If these timescales are not met, i will have no hesitation in escalating my complaint.

                          I am deepak patidar from indore m. P, my car kwid topest model white (Rxt opptional) i purchase this car at 5/10/16, my frist service date is 5/11/16. This service is not available to me because the showrooms & workshops are closed before my service.
                          Then, i talk to showroom one's & workshops one's. So, they told me that to talk to toll-free number. So, they suggested me to do services from bhopal to this is very far for me & this is not fair that i go to bhopal for services only. Please suggest me solution of this problem &garented me that in 5 to 10 days you will give me suggestion. Thank you.

                            I purchased Renault kwid on 6th may 2016. from very frst month I faced many problem in the car. the main problem is of clutch and the noisey engine. within 6 month apart from service my car was there for more than 10 times. the service centre did the solution but after two days everytime that problem occurs again. Till now I am driving this faulty car with no solution. even within 15 days of purchase date they changed my car's fuel pump. Please Give me the solution so that I can get over this matter.

                              We purchase kwid rxt (o) model bronze color chassis no meebba008g4357826, engine no: b4aa400 - e052604 from trdent auto enterproses (p) ltd, kr puram. we facing brake problems some time when we apply to brake in running brake pedal jammed brake not working we not compromise our life due to your vehicle brake system we raise complaint 4th time for fast four month first time and second time attend the complaint service engineer mr. shiv that time they told brake cylinder problem we change new one and that problem not refit but problem not solved this time mr. vasanth attend and after two day he called vehicle is ready for delivery we go to show room and take delivery we go to just 10km same story continue now our vehicle in show room how we trust in your vehicle please do not play to our life we do not want your company vehicle please sell it and give money back to me we attach job card also

                                I have purchased Renault Scala car from Tirupati showroom on August'2013 by paying around Rs.10, 00, 000/- (Ten Lakhs). Warranty period for 4 years or 80, 000 kms As on date my car rides approx. 44500kms in 3.3 years. I am having Insurance with M/s. Bharathi Axa and also I am giving service periodically to Renault authorised service dealer only. On 10th November'16 I have given my car (AP03BE3937) for service at M/s. Power Renault Car Pvt. Ltd Chennai. After test ride they have given list of problems in my car apart from my observations/Complaints and they have suggested me for some parts replacement by Renault service adviser which can’t be serviced and cost around Rs. 57000/- excluding periodic service charges. It is over burden to maintain Renault car by replacing parts frequently by paying huge amount annually even after carrying Insurance and in Warranty period.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  My name is John Shamender Toppo, I purchased a new Renault Duster AMT RxL from Trident Renault Whitefield Bangalore India on 23rd Oct 2016. Just after 10 days on 2nd of Nov 2016 when i went to take my car out from apartment parking, the Engine were starting but the car was not moving forward or backward after putting the gear lever on Drive or Reverse mode, there were 2 Alarms showing on the dashboard panel.
                                  I contacted the service guys and they suggested to tow the vehicle to the service center. The next day morning they took the car to the Trident whitefield service center. After initial investigation, they said don't worry, its a minor problem and they will keep the car for thorough investigations and diagnosis of all the wiring and sensors and after fixing all the problems, they will hand it over to me. I received a sms as well with guaranteed estimated time at 5:00 pm on the same day. which they failed to do so and said it is still under diagnosis.
                                  The next day again i contacted them and they said they have sent the diagnosed data to the Renault head office for the analysis and based on their feedback they will proceed further. I asked whats the issue and the time line and they said don't worry, its a minor issue and looks like some manufacturing problem.
                                  The next day they said someone will come from Renault Head office to investigate and probably the solenoid valve need to be replaced and the gear box has to open and check. It seems they replaced the solenoid valve but with No Luck. The problem was not diagnosed yet.
                                  The next day, the area manager from Renault visited and took a look and suggested them to swap the Traction Control module, which also did not work and they said they are removing the gear oil and they will further do the investigation
                                  Again on the following day, they said that some foreign particle was present inside the gear box and it has damaged the gear and they will replace the whole gear box assembly which will take another 10 working days.
                                  The current update is : Day 7 - waiting for the part to come. Time of delivery is not known.
                                  All this looks to me is doing a surgery on a newly born baby by an unskilled doctor and doing experiments one after another. Why any one should accept this?
                                  All this time what mental torture I and my family has been going through is unexplainable and no one can understand or imagine. The service executive was assuring and suggesting me that he can compensate for the taxi service i can avail during this period for an amount upto Rs 800 per day. I don't need the taxi service. I still have my old car, which is there with me since last 14 years and never put me down in this kind of situation.
                                  It is clearly understood that it is a manufacturing defect. The problems are just getting multiplied. I cannot accept a new car whose major components has been experimented and compromised.
                                  So for my 10 days old car, you must replace with a brand new car.
                                  How you can compensate for the time i have lost and the mental torture i have been suffering from for last 7 days and not sure for how long I have to suffer.
                                  Please do the needful ASAP.

                                    On 6th august i went to the Navi mumbai panvel showroom of Renault to book kwid automatic but was informed that the automatic variant or the 1000cc model was not out and i will have to wait for it and asked to pay the booking amount so that i will get the first preference. based on the conversation i had paid 10k as the booking amount. later in the same month i cancelled my booking due to some financial issues and this people charged me 5k...

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This is to apprise that since past many days I have been chasing to have a recurrent problem resolved at Okhla Phase I Renault workshop for 'Air Filter Assembly' for my Car (White Color Duster Petrol)

                                    The Workshop had requested for an advance (Please find attached receipt) for placing the order which I gave them but its been more then a Week they have not been able to arrange the same.

                                    Since I my self am in a field Job I need my car and I do not have any other alternate arrangement, so, its frustrating.

                                    I have today only placed a complaint with the Customer Care and have got the Complaint Number[protected]. Hope after this the problem will be resolved.

                                    I also checked with the workshop and I have been told that they do not have the 'Air Filter Assembly' I will be informed one it is arranged. This creates a very negative impression about Renault as a whole

                                    Hoping that they resolve this at the earliest and I am putting this complaint for record purpose and for future reference.
