[Resolved] Renault — Complaint on service request # RE[protected] | |||||
Dear Customer Care Cell, This is complaint regarding request no# RE[protected] We didn’t expect this much poor response and service by Renault team. Details: We have raised a request for road side assistance as car broke down on road. We have initially called at 4 PM IST on 1st April 2017 and request was raised by 4:19 PM IST by your executive and we were informed that your representative will call in 10 to 15 mins. When your representative called for towing location we have asked him to call back in 10 mins to find exact location and near by service center to us. This happened around 4:30 PM IST. After that no call back from your representatives. Again we called around 5:30 PM IST to know the status of towing service. Again we were told that your representative will call back in 10-15mins. But no call after that. Again we have called around 6:12 PM IST to know the status and again the same answer that your representative will call in 10-15 mins. But we got call around 7:45 PM IST and as it was late and not safe to stay on road that time. So we have informed him to come next day 02 Apr 2017 by 8 AM IST. Your representative also confirmed the same on call that he will come by 8 AM IST. But no response from your representatives. Again we have called on toll free number at 9:30 AM IST to know the status and for followup then the same answer from your executive that your representative will call in 10- 15 mins. Then finally at 10 AM IST on 02 Apr 2017 we got call from your representative and has confirmed that they will come in 1 hour. We have Renault Duster which was bought in 2013 and we also know that wont come under warranty and need to pay for service charges. If customer calls for Road Side Assistance means that car has some trouble and customer is unable to use the vehicle. But in that situation also, customer has to call multiple follow up calls to get the service. In my situation it is 4 follow up calls, it is just to know about towing service.
