[Resolved]  Renault — complaints with no justified and valid resolution for kwid car

Hi, i have a kwid car since jan 2016 and we are one of the customer who got first these cars on road and people just stopped on the way to talk to us and have feedback. We suggested initially and later regret to our own decision as the after sales support is total loss for the company's reputation and longer business. They have no permanent solution to problems that persists and even the problems are not so common which could be said comes under wear and tear, in short, main ignition/steering lock has been changed in first 6 months and that didn't worked and again changed after quarterly complaints for almost more than 2 years to which in response they make it temporary working and just recently they changed it. Another permanent issue is with brakes to which they say it is because disks are not ventilated and in case of regular usage heat generates due to which it stops working sometimes (Solution: try using low brakes - verbally, when asked to write it they say cannot write and you may leave as brakes are working now), they don't give a damn to earn money that even someone can die due to their acts. Another problem with car is water come inside the car in heavy rains and to which they say user needs to clean waste pipes deeply with hands as their design allows mud/leaves/other-stuff to enter and block route, when asked to give in written again, we cannot if water comes again come we will repair and this till now have been faced almost 10 times, again serious matter as car can catch fire or short circuit due to which again life is at risk. Re-occuring issues with ac compartment 2 times changes in 3 years and blower stucks to which they say, don't use fresh air mode as that calls external air and dust particles with leaves and when asked about filter (Asnwer - how much can that stop as we cannot calculate what minute particles can be, to which cross question was how come leaves are not filtered, so blank) and again said repaired now and when again issue faced come back, this bills about 12k-13k once and what about this matter when car will be out of warranty. Rest other too many issues that are solved once modified part was used but still they were unexpected and out of case of wear and tear which rarely one by one seen in different cars but all in one in my case.
I really want some permanent solution or replacement of my dirty product or assurance that i am/we are safe in it as anything deadly can happen and risk our lives with lifetime warranty to such re-occurring issues.
