[Resolved] Renault — Customer service and false communication | |||||
1. Vehicle was not delivered on time: sales rep had approached me on 27th of jan 2017 and offerred me the vehicle for test drive and was promised the vehicle would be delivered on or before 09 feb 2017. The vehicle was not delivered before 16th feb 2017. 2. I had given details of my hdfc bank account for the loan from hdfc bank. It arranged through nrf at a interest rate of 9.56% p.
