Renault — DO NOT BUY RENAULT CARS - Worst Service center

Hello, I am working in an MNC and recently purchased Renault Duster car.I have Bangalore registered Renault Duster no KA50P1050 and I have been to the service station at Whitefield for all the related work as it is near to my office approx 9 km. I have taken my car for first servicing and the service was as expected. I have got the office drop for this service. Later I had one fuel tank part issue which was to be replaced and i took it on the day as they suggested. I have gone in the morning hrs around 9:40 am(thanks to traffic at tin factory). After leaving my car I was asked to leave for the day. I asked the person how would I go and they simply said that they do no provide the car drop facility. I had an argument for the same reason as I would need to walk almost 2 km to the nearest bus stop from where I get the direct bus to office. The concerned person told me that they cannot provide the cab facility as its not the company policy. Also she told that the cab facility is chargeable. She also said that I can take my car back !! She behaved as if its non of there concern. She is too arrogant to deal with customer. Her name is Deepa V. Employee ID R0869 Please take an action against Deepa V as she always misguides or just get into arguments as if they are customer. Later other relationship Manger came as I asked to complain regarding this. You would laugh at the kind of solution they provided. I got drop in my own car and i choose it just because I was in need to replace the warranty device. The person who dropped me was a washer!!. I have never expected this kind of behavior from a word class company "RENAULT". Based on the service center feedback I had I would recommend NOT TO BUY RENAULT CAR IN BANGALORE. You will always find issues with service center and there employees. I have already registered two more complains earlier and feedback is worst. If any customer wants to get the feedback do contact on [protected]@gmail.com @ Renault : If possible educate the service center people on how to behave. Regards, Jayant Tomer
