Sir/Madam, , , , My Renault scala Car No MH 13 BN 4565 is a case of defective car. I got delivery of car on 19/12/2014 at 8 pm and on same day I face complaints while coming to my home town, I called to customer care and registered my complaint with concerned of car on 21/12/2015 complaint No[protected] and that after complaint management team suggested to roharsh Motors about My complaint to replace the defective car viva mail dated Dated 21/12/2014 4:28 pm but still I did not get car replaced. I had faced very dangerous problem that might cause death of mine and my family because of this defective and problematic car as per my previous complaint the car i.e. 1) vehicle is getting stop while driving above 60 speed 2) wiring defects and music system fault 3) vibration issue in steering that above problem caused accident 2-3 time but I saved from big accident at highway at Mahabaleshewar and Exprees highway Mumabai-Pune. Company took my car for service at Soalpur, Satara, Pune service center in these 8 month my car is at service center for 125 days but still the problem did not recover by company. Please help me... Dear Team,

Customer purchased Scala on 19.12.14 and under impression that a defective vehicle delivered to him. He is facing below issues in his new vehicle:

1) Vehicle is getting stop while driving
2) Fog lamp not working properly
3) Remote key is not working properly
4) Vibration issue in steering

Customer is very irate and demanding his vehicle to be replaced.

    I purchased a Renault pulse after doing through research, before pulse I had Tata Indica which I drove for 5 years and was pretty much satisfied with the experience. But my experience with Renault Pulse is not very exciting especially with after sales part. Below are the problems which I am facing with after sales team of Renault. I had to change the tyres before 30000 km as it got worn out and when I reported this to the sales team their reply was “Sir your shockers are not working that’s the reason your tyres got worn out” . My question is who is responsible for faulty shocker? Coz my driving is mostly limited to Greater Noida and Delhi, and how can it get faulty in 30000 km that too in city driving? And my car is just 2 years old I purchased it in Feb 2013. The steering wheel of the car got all worn out and for this they replied and I quote “Sir aap wo haath se chalate hai isliye wo kharab ho gaye”. Sigh!!! What short of answer is this? Later they asked me what car I used to drive before pulse and when I said Tata Indica, to which they replied and I quote again “Sir Indica achi gadi hai uska steering smooth hai aur hamara thoda tight isliye aapko problem ho rahi hai” I mean they could have said this when I went to buy their car that Indivca is better than Pulse, so that I could have saved myself from spending 7 Lac and would have bought Indica in 5 Lac. Third problem was once when had I send my car for servicing, they returned it back after 15 days and to my horror some of the car screw were loose and not fitted properly for which I had to send the car again for 2 days. Latest blunder they did is I gave on car for servicing on 20th of July which I got back on 22nd and while I was on the way to Delhi on 24th July Morning I found out that there is coolant missing in my car for which the car indicator was blinking continuously. How come there is no coolant just after 1 day of Servicing, how ignorant can they be?? There is always continuous fume coming out of the engine and when I tried to report this they replied “Sir hamari gadi se dhoowa aata hai, usme koi problem wali baat nahi hai”. If I order a 1000 Rs pizza from Dominoz the people over there have the courtesy to call me and ask me if I was satisfied wth service and food or not but the staff at Renault service Centre are least bothered, infact when I approach them they will ask me to call the Customer Care of Renault and when I Call the Customer Care they say go to Service Centre. I am really not happy with the service and attitude of the Renault staff who are always ready to argue and give lame excuses to the customer. My concern is either they cheated me and sold a faulty car or the car is very bad coz it is always in the service center for one or the other reason.       I bought Renault Lodgy RxL Diesel version 25 days ago. I was travelling with my whole family to Mysore and the Steering wheel got totally jammed. Luckily escaped from crashing another car at highway. I called up the customer care for Road side assistance and there was no proper response, hence I have to arrange transport for my family and reached home @12 midnight.My whole family's life was at risk. I had taken it to Service centre @Mysore. The service center guys were very rude and denied to repair it as i bought in Bangalore. I have personally towed it to Bangalore service center. The service center guys told me there is a manufacturing defect. I requested them to give the Renault contact details to report this, as its high severity issue, but they did not give me any contact details.Even I have lodged complaint to customer care and sent a mail to them. Till now there is no proper response from Renault. To fix the problem of the car they have taken more than 15days. Still now no proper response from Renault. The after sales is worst and did not expect this from such a renowned automobile company. I am not sure of the car stability and reliability. 1. Steering wheel locked after 7days of purchase 2. No proper response from Renault 3. No contact details of Renault in the website 4. There is no respect for Customer's life

        This is very disappointing that such a well renowned company "Renault" has been so unprofessional to my family in India This is the first time my family decided to go with new brand and wow what a rude response from customer care. So, in India we were traveling and there was heavy rainfall and guess we noticed water had entered thru back trunk completely our luggage was wet. We have always been buying Maruti, Toyota, and multiple other brands which are much better and professional when it comes to customer service. I can say customer service is their first priority. We were highly surprise to know that something like this could happen to brand new car. After multiple attempts to the dealer we haven't heard single positive response that clearly rings the bell that something is wrong with car or people working there. Why would any body fix their brand new car??? We are highly upset with Renault and the service provided by them. I even wrote mails to top management of Renault but we haven't received any response. Renault service, owners attitude is very very bad and disappointing. Please think once before buying any Renault car. I request you all to share this post as much as possible and atleast save people from buying this faulty car.

              I brought a duster on 2013 1st day of Nov since then they have never given me a satisfactory services I have spend at least 70k to 80k on services but still no improvement 6 months ago I have give n them notice they distroyed my music system back tray wheel covern even staff is very rude I would never recommend any 1 to buy Renault cars specially from khatwani motor's Jabalpur

                I bought a Renault Duster RXE version on 31 st May 2015 from Renault Dealer in Patparganj New Delhi. On delivery of Vehicle I fottle ound that there was no rear arm rest and bottlle holder as mentioned in the brochure in the exact model version that I bought. I took up the issue with Dealer and they told me that this is the vehicle that we got from company. I contacted Renault and made a complaint no[protected]. Initially they even refused to acknowledge the issue, however when I sent them evidence they logged the complaint. There was no response for good 20 days and then simply mentioned that this feature was discontinued. If the feature was discontinued how was in mentioned in all the brochures and website feature list. They informed me that they have corrected the website. This is clear case misrepresenting facts and cheating customers. I have not yet got any proper response from Renault. Regards Amar Jadhav [protected]

                      During the period of two year from the date of purchase ( Scala) at just 16000 KM, have face the problem of caliper assembly, and same was replaced under warranty, but here i am unable to understand the problem with the vehicle, interestingly the techanicle team have no revert on this ...that why such problem arose again n again...and breaks of Scala are the biggest concern

                      Apart from above mentioned concern, Three times had visited your showroom ( Nagpur) for exchange of my vehicle with Duster ...in all occasion your expert inspected the vehicle and didn't turn up with exchange offer.

                        Self starter failing twice in 4 months I have renault duster 110rxz.i bought it on 7 april 14.the veh was running fine when on 13 feb 15 the veh did not start.i took it to tricity panchkula and they replaced the self starter .again now on 28 july 15 the vehicle stopped while running and the self is again not working.i will be taking vehicle to tricity panchkula tomorrow.i hope they will diagnose the reason for self starter failing twice in 4 months and will provide a permanant solution.atul[protected]

                          My name is karan kapoor i purchased renault vechicle i.e pulse in 2013. around 20 days back i visited renault delhi west with problem in breaking and lot of noise from the front wheels. I was asked to get it checked next day as they had lot of vechicles that day. I again visited next day they told me problem was identified but they are not having that part with them so "you have to wait for 15 to 20 days ". After waiting for so long yesterday again i submitted my car to the same work shop for same problem. Now today they are saying we changed the part but problem still persists. we need some more time. i dont understand Renault with such a high brand which always talks about quality. this is the service they are providing to the customers. Is there anybody to listen to such complaints or every body is busy in just advertising & selling. mob no: [protected]

                            Not satisfied with the response of customer care executive (Ms Prachi) I asked simple clarification regrading policies of free service, but she was confused and not conversant with the company policies at all. She was supporting her frivolous answers under the name of company policies. On asking which document contains such regulations, she was blank!!! I seemed that anyone in company can state the policies which suits them under the name of Renault India. Such conversation was completely unethical and uncalled for. My queries were very simple:- (a) Free service is on completion of 2000 kms (Yes) (b) Or on completion of 02 months (Yes) My car has completed 2000 kms and 02 months then why the service center guys are asking money for servicing??? Should I have gone before 2000Km or 02 months??? if that is the case then give me second service because my car has not completed 10000kms yet. Asking money for service is clearly in contravention of service documents.

                              Hi Friends ! Please refrain buying any of the Renault vehicles. The after sales is just awful. You will repent for taking the step of purchasing a car which has poor after sales support and, your money will start eventually draining out due to the service guys not doing a good job. I left my Scala for servicing (18000 kms) at the Whitefield Renault service station on the 18th of June 2015. The charges for the service was about Rs 11000. When I received the car, I noticed that the whole cabin was dirty and several black stains on the steering, leather seats, door handles etc. They never even showed me the parts replaced. I was warned by many people about the way Renault goes around cheating people during the services and, this was exactly that. They just wash the car and hand over it to you. I have realised that the roadside mechanics are more trust worthy and reliable than the Renault guys. I am planning to speak to the country head and the CEO to please stop doing this and be more practical. You can reach me on [protected]

                                Hello Dear, I have taken this car with lot of hope and out of exitement but now i feel sad just because of gear issue. I had tool my car in nov 2014 and since then it has gear change problem.I had even took this to service centre but that guy told that it is usual with all duster car. If this is the case then I would like to send back my car to renault . I do not need such faulty car. But now the issue is that the gear change causes issues. When I give the accelerator the gear goes forth & back and gives a feel that something is wrong. I had even took this to service centre but that guy told that it is usual with all duster car.                                   As in uttar prsdesh east we r from faizabad the nearest service center from my place is 130 km . When I gone for my seconf free services of my duster up32fy6220 my milometer reading is 11000km just bcus there are very few service centers in up east its very difficult to be on tm according to the given parameters for servicing .the behaviour of the lucknow renults sercice center is very bad n rude. And they ask me 1600 rupees extra for exseeding km . I m ready to pay the charge they have told me for regular service that is 2600rupees but they want more . I refused n I came back. I m very disaaponited why I invested on this car where there is this type of behaviour.

                                      Dear Sir, I Mukesh Goel, Chartered Accountant, Working in Omaxe Limited as General Manager (Sales), In Omaxe limited we purchases more than 10 cars from Renault, as we are a permanent customer of company. Recently in my car (Reg. No. HR 51-AU-8717), some problems in CAR AC, is arrived & i give my car to service agency (Avia Auto Services pvt. Limited .D-197, Sec-63, Noida[protected], service agency. As per service agency estimate for the problem is Rs.[protected] & it needs 1 to 2 days, but final bill comes out for Rs. 29000/- & it takes 8 to 10 days, which is duly paid by me . But AC is not working properly at that time, agency assure me, & ask for 1 day of rechecking, which is accepted by me . Now car is ok for the issue. but after 2 days, car AC is generating problem again, then i contacted to agency, agency say, to change radiator to cure AC, but even after changing the same, till date AC is not working in proper condition. After one month from this incident, i give car for regular paid service (Specially for sound problem in car), at this time agency give me budget of 12000 to 15000 (for parts ) for this paid service, but final bill comes for Rs. 34000/-, sound issue is not cured this time & agency concerned person is not giving proper response (Mr. Ashok Tyagi-GM Noida agency).Even Mr. Tyagi is not ready to take hand over of car say its time out.(i.e. more than 1:30 PM) So please see the issue .
