[Resolved]  Renault — duster car steering stiffness problem

Even i am facing stiff stering problem.. Duster 85 ps, 2013 model.. Service centre techinicians changed the stering fluid, which din work.. Now i am being told solution on trail and error basis as follows...
Solution no 1- change the stering rack wch wud cost 40 k..
If this doesn't work,
Solution no 2-
Change the stering pump, cost 45 k..
Total eatimate 90thousand..
Car is just 74000 km..
I really doubt the quality of design of duster car.
I have maruti zen 18 year old, driven for 1, 50, 000 km. And hundai verna done 1, 00, 000 kms.. No such major issues with this cars
