[Resolved] Renault — Faulty vehicle/ incompetent service technicians/ danger of life loss | |||||
Renault kwid 800.. Worse car of the century. I changed the brake and disc pad both (In just 1 year again ridiuclous), since then the car breaks were not working fine. Could have lost my family thrice you see as the breaks were not getting applied, service centre guys picked up the car and kept if 4 days and returned on the 4th day evening that every thing is perfectly fine. I drove the car 5 kms and called back stating my brakes are not working fine. The service advisor told sir you are not driving well. Kindly drive 2-3 days and let us know. This time again incompetency was proved that nothing was done in the car. Service centre said that the brake booster and brake pump was changed (Nowhere mentioned in the service invoice) hence not changed. When i asked for the same they said sir appki gaadi thik kardi hai invoice ka kya karoge. I drove the car and fortunately the brakes failed again and i would have rammed the car in the truck in front of me and i had my wife and mother with me. 8th july i went to the service centre and when i lost my cool the gm service told that sir monday my committment will give u the car. Monday the car was picked up and in the eveninng 5.30 i was told sir your car is not ready. We are sedning a loan vehicle for you.. The loan vehicle was another piece of box which could have led to another accident. That was an end of my patience and i blasted them. How does it matter they say jo karna hai karo sir consumer court legal police hum kuch nhi kar saktey. In the meanwhile i was given advices on how to avoid accident : 1. Sir handbreak taan dia karo (Can any 1 justify if puliing hand brakes at 60-70.. Am i tokyo drift driver... Lol...) 2. Sir wo aap theek se brakes apply nahi kar rahe My loosing cool left to the service centre dgm loose his cool and he shouted at me saying that mercedes nhi kharidi tune.. Ehsaan nhi kia mujhpe.. Renault india i want my money back you can keep back your car. Such a bogus company with bogus products. I have not yet received my extended warranty documents which i would have received 1 year back. Ridiculous, shameful Was this information helpful? | |||||
