[Resolved] Renault — Genuine customer complaints not addressed | |||
I am an owner of 110 psi Renault Duster and like to share a horrible experience with Renault India and Nanavati Motors Surat(The Authorized Service Centre A.S.C) I have their Anytime warranty program and am paying apprx.Rs 30, 000 every year for last 2 years .One day while driving, the car started vibrating badly and I had a difficult time driving it to their A.S.C .Their service person said that it is injector problem and gave me a bill of Rs 43250.When I reminded them that the Injectors service/Replacement is clearly mentioned as covered under warranty, they started making silly excuses that fuel contains dust etc.I have always got service done as per company recommendation and always refuelled with standard fuel pumps like Reliance, Essar etc.After communicating with other customers, came to know that Renault and their A.S.C always finds lame excuse to reject claims using silly excuses like given to me. Renault Quality is very poor and their A.S.C are hand in glove with company.If I don't get a solution, I plan to file a case against them in the near future . Was this information helpful? | |||
