I am using duster 110bhp since 28 months and had driven 39500km.From then on i facing issue of very hard clutch which is giving pain to left leg.We had told the service people about these problem and they say it is ready .After 1 month it becomes to very bad condition.
After complaining this isse from the service they came to inspect the car and told us that all the dusters are like this, and they dont have any thing else to do on this.so we have decided to go to the auto magazine to get a review on the duster clutch in overtake, fastrack, flywheel etc .this is an issue that must be brought to the new customers.They too should know that after buying this there are issues like this like door pad, clutch etc.

I drive a Renault Duster RXL Diesel which has covered 38000 kms. I too have a hard clutch problem which has caused a severe pain in my left knee. I tried raising this with the service station but they have asked me to change the clutch plate and other accessories which will cost me 25k. is there a solution or else I will be forced to sell the car alas at a great loss and a permanently dissatisfied Renault customer.

I have been driving one of the first batch of Renault Dusters from 2012 RXZ 110PS model, recently I visited local dealer at Hyderabad and he informed me that 110PS model has a perennial problem with Hard clutch, 85PS model doesn't have any such issue reported.

I called the[protected] twice to report this issue and both the times my call was either disconnected abruptly or executive stopped to answer.

All I am trying to understand if Renault India did any recall for these faulty clutch/ 110PS models? If yes, then why as one of the owners am not informed

Renault Hyderabad dealer asked me about 50K for replacing the pressure plate and overall expenditure, I am amazed at the quantum of cost as a customer I have to borne due to a known issue with 110PS models

My medical/ physio bills are running into thousands as my left leg has a Hamstring due to the same issue confirmed by my Physio
