[Resolved] Renault — Higher cancellation charges applied | |||
On 6th august i went to the Navi mumbai panvel showroom of Renault to book kwid automatic but was informed that the automatic variant or the 1000cc model was not out and i will have to wait for it and asked to pay the booking amount so that i will get the first preference. based on the conversation i had paid 10k as the booking amount. later in the same month i cancelled my booking due to some financial issues and this people charged me 5k as the cancellation charges. and handed me the check for the remaining 5k. few week back i got a call from the customer care of Renault Delhi asking me when i was planning to buy the car and i said i m not going to buy from Renault because of this bad experience. he assured me that i will be getting a call and they will refund me the extra amount charged on this transaction. but till date i did got any call from the dealers. can anyone of you please let me know the details to it. can some one please look into this issue and get me this to a resolution Was this information helpful? | |||

This is santhosh I booked a duster vechicle. I want 110 but vechicle is not available in Karimnagar showroom so I buy 110 ps in Hyderbad so cancel my booking. 20 days back I written a letter canclation for booking. In Karimnagar showroom irresponsible answers given to me the management is very poor. I want my money refund as soon as possible
