[Resolved]  Renault India — duster euro 3 not euro 4

I purchased duster amt rxz diesel from crystal automobile, ghaziabad on[protected].
Before purchase the sales person assured me that this vechile is euro 4.
Further on the tax invoice it is clearly mentioned that this vechile is euro 4 compliant, so i am assured that i purchased correct vechile.
However in vechile registration nothing is mentioned about that this vechile is euro 3 or euro4.

Recently i took my vechile for puc checking in some center in delhi. As at delhi puc will be valid for 1 year if the vechile age is less than 5 year
After checking all my details at online rto portal, person informed me that your vehicle is euro 3 not euro 4 and he turned out monitor at my side where it is clearly mentioned that this vechile is euro 3 compliant not euro4.
I am totally shocked at that time this is completely forged and fake documents presented to sold the vechile.
Can anyone guide what can i do for this forged matter and how it can be resolved.

Dear Renault team
As per yesterday communication with dealer team.
The approach was very casual as they simply informed that due to some RTO portal issue my vechile was registered under euro 3 which was not informed by dealer to me at the registration.
Further they have informed that if I will submit the original RC to him they will try to correct the same but they are unable to give any assurance and time line.
Also during submission of original RC iam unable to drive my vechile.
I once again inform to you please seriously look into the matter and resolve this issue immediately.
Icant accept my vechile registered under euro 3

When I bought the car(Renault kwid anniversary version) the clutch was so hard and I asked your team about it they said I have to give it time drive till next sevice then it will be smooth but I again came to the sevice station and again filed a complain you people didn't even care, I want Justice
