My kwid rxz vehicle no. BR06AX0831, had been serviced at your work shop, Patna . The problem of my car was clutch, gair, pickup and fan problem.But after servicing, Mr Vishal Kumar told me that the parts of clutch is unavailable.Hence after few days i will call you. Today your wire and other parts was changed. My car was not washed fully. Mr Vishal also accepted in written. I was the first customer to bought. a car from renault showroom at Muzaffarpur.
I request to you, Please consider my problem and Oblige.

Bought an economical car so that it gives good mileage. The mileage is low than a BMW car. It's pathetic. The service centre is not doing anything about it. It's claims a mileage of 24kmpl. Nowhere near it.

    I own a Renault Kwid AMT purchased from Okhla, Delhi on 23 October 2018. This vehicle seems to be defective in various ways.
    The first flaw I observed was the plastic material used in the car is not up to the standards of a multinational.
    This Car has been giving issues like going back on its own being on 'D' mode when on inclination, not starting on time, stopping in between of a drive, music system switching off and not turning back on and many other things.
    These were discussed with the people at Okhla Service Station who assured me that such things would not happen after servicing the car. The car was serviced on time. But gave the same issue of going backwards being on 'D' Mode the same day it was serviced due to which a bus at the back hit my car.
    I am completely disappointed with the kind of experience I have had with the car I own. Please read the whole mail trail below and help me as I am not at all satisfied with the product and have had life threatening experiences driving your AMT technology car. I would like to be contacted from someone in Renault who can understand the concern and take decisions.
    It was yesterday when the Renault Engineers came to the Okhla Service centre to check my car.
    They have checked the car and apologized for my experience with it. They also said that the vehicle is not in a running condition as it has multiple issues what you could have already figured out with all my mails.
    Here, I would like to remind you that it is merely a 6 months old vehicle and has given so critical problems in the middle of the road that could have costed me my life. Your engineers have patiently listen to all concerns and have agreed with the car giving such problems.
    I was told to give your engineers a chance to repair the software but no one has kept in mind the kind of depreciation this car's engine and internal parts have gone through as this software has not been working as intended. The engine has made disturbing loud noise while driving then stopping in between, starting with such vibrations that the whole car makes sounds. Repairing your software is not going to repair all those internal parts of the engine. Is it?
    You want to repair you software and give it back to me to try and check if it works but I do not want me or my family to be a part of this experiment of Renault's AMT technology what I would say is a big failure at least with KWID. Renault should ideally have not launched this technology if things like this were to happen putting your customers life at risk.
    I agree that the company provides guarantee of repairing the flaws but these flaws are something that even your engineers didn't know about and would never have known about if I would have died while driving this car in this situation.
    These incidents and flaws have left me embarrassed socially and my parents left with a shock at times as we have invested so much from our savings and expected a good machine to be delivered to us which has not happened.
    I feel me and my parents' life at risk in this car. This is not what I have paid over 5 lakhs for. I think you would agree with it and replace the vehicle being on fault and being worked upon recklessly by your people. My dad is a heart patient and he can not take such incidents on daily basis.
    It has been confirmed by your engineers that the fault is because of the flaws in your AMT software and may occur again too after repairing.
    I want to escalate this matter to the highest authority to get this vehicle to be replaced with a New Manual Top Model, this being the Top Model in its segment.
    I hope Team Renault would understand that customers' life is more important than your experiments with the new technology and replace this vehicle asap as I bought a vehicle for need and my family is dependent on it for various reasons.

      I gave my Duster care for servicing and was promised delivery by wed i.e. 5th June. Ever day I call them, the servicing person tells me it will be ready by today evening but never happened. I told them I am going out of Hyd from 8th night and when I called today i.e. 8th June, they told me it wont be ready till 10th June as there is some fuel pump problem which they are telling me in the last moment. They are telling me to to cancel my trip and wait till Monday to take the delivery of my car. The person who are giving me all these wrong information at the Manger Mr Kiran and Mr Sanjay the advisor. I would appreciate if some strong action is taken against them so that other persons like me don't suffer in the future.

      They broke my ac vent duct and will have to replace it. They have ordered almost 20 days back and they have still not received the same in the shop and my car ac vent is broken still. So the car is still not repaired from the last time for your kind information. Last Saturday I got a call from your customer service and she put me in conf call with the service center and they told they will inform customer service regarding the missing ac vent part but still 8 days over and no feed back from your service center.
      That its been a month ago ..my vehicle was serviced by renault wokshop mayapuri...suddenly from 2 days i am feeling some kind of vibrations while turning the steering from one side to another.
      Kindly do the needful as sson as possible

        We bought Renault Capture on 7th March, 2019 from Vashi Showroom Navimumbai however billing was incorrect which we bought to the notice of the sales person on the same day however till date the same has been been rectified nor the documents have been handed over to us.

        Repeated followups and reminder has not been fruitful

          I purchased my car in june 18 from faridabad (Haryana). Initially car was good n service centre gave good response on1st service. But after running 8000 km approx performance got poor day by day. Now in 2nd service my car got worst n the advisor behaved rudely while complaining. It was very insulting for me n very fed up with my car now. Feel like cheating. Plz do the needful as shockers brakes pickup smoothness a/c n all are almost not there. Can’t advise anyone for this 🚗.

            My experience of buying a vehicle from pps renault pune has been a very distressing. From the beginning i have been treated with a sub-standard product. I really doubt the quality check & control mechanism of renault. Appended are the issues faced since i had booked the car.

            1. Paint : full body of the car had scratches moreover the paint under roof rail had worn off. When pointed out the dealership wax coated the car.

            2. The wax coating was done so poorly that instead off removing the scratches there were more scratches on the vehicle, even this was pointed out but got no response for this.

            3. Dealership while booking the vehicle had informed that the car will be equipped with navigation and car play system which was not available during the delivery.

            4. Clutch hard and noisy : i had intimated this issue at the time of delivery and the same is also documented on the delivery note but later was given an assurance by your representative that such issues are common in new vehicles of renault and the issue will subside gradually and now astonishingly the same risen.

            5. The fitting of door beading was loose and was replaced only after pointing it out at the time of delivery.

            6. Music player has stopped responding and the screen flickers

            7. Dealership had promised a december 2018 model but was given a june 2018 vehicle.

            8. Vehicle hypothecated in favour of renault finance even though no loan was taken from them.

            Considering the above issue i don't feel that i have purchased a new car instead a defective vehicle has been sold to me. These issue have already been discussed with mr satyajit patil and abhijit deshpande & i reiterate of not approving of opening the clutch/ gear box

            Hence i demand the replacement of the vehicle as continuing with the current vehicle seems to be unsafe and risky (Taking into account inferior quality checks conducted on the vehicle) and also don't wished to be fooled by the dealership again by repairing a faulty vehicle.

              I have purchased a kwid on april 24th 2017, and just completed two years. Yesterday, all of a sudden the vehicle stopped after fuelling and the only indicator was the "lines" similar to heartbeats monitoring in red. The vehicle would not start at all. I had to get the vehicle towed to the service center and they are indicating that this is due to some clutch pump issue, and i need to pay 20k to get this fixed. The vehicle is just 1 month out of the standard warranty, and in the past they have replaced the accelerator pedal twice, and i believe they are trying to fleece the customers by making such a lousy car, you make money with these repairs! I want renault to fix this free of cost and am ready to pay the labor and not any part as i consider this as a very low quality part which needs to be replaced in warranty

                My kwid was given for overheating issues to [protected]@ hitech city (Hyderabad) service center and inspite of resolving the issues
                They spoiled the engine and delivered the car (Paid a bill of 14000inr). After driving for 2km, found out that the problem still
                Exists and i took it back to the same service center immediately. Now they are asking me to replace the engine for 92000 inr.
                Customer support reps are not helping and inspite they are speaking rudely. How do i move forward to resolve this.

                  I owned renault kwid, registration number is tn 54 t 5799. I am facing frequent issue in my car for last 6 months. My extended warranty was cancelled due to one service skipped by me. I have replaced self motor assembly, accelerator sensor, silencer from renault service center due to complaints. Within this 3.5 years i spent more money for replacing spare parts, now the clutch cable and indicator, head light combination switch also got complaint. The service center peoples asking me to replace the above mentioned spare parts. Now i having doubt that did my car was really quality passed before delivering to me? Or the car which i bought is affected during november 2015 flood at chennai before my purchase, since i bought it on dec 2015. Finally my complaint is the company is not providing quality products for economy vehicles and the vehicle is not all safety. Also i am facing poor service from renault authorized service centers.

                    Before purchase the sales person assured me that this vechile is euro 4.
                    Further on the tax invoice it is clearly mentioned that this vechile is euro 4 compliant, so i am assured that i purchased correct vechile.
                    However in vechile registration nothing is mentioned about that this vechile is euro 3 or euro4.

                    Hi, i have a kwid car since jan 2016 and we are one of the customer who got first these cars on road and people just stopped on the way to talk to us and have feedback. We suggested initially and later regret to our own decision as the after sales support is total loss for the company's reputation and longer business. They have no permanent solution to problems that persists and even the problems are not so common which could be said comes under wear and tear, in short, main ignition/steering lock has been changed in first 6 months and that didn't worked and again changed after quarterly complaints for almost more than 2 years to which in response they make it temporary working and just recently they changed it. Another permanent issue is with brakes to which they say it is because disks are not ventilated and in case of regular usage heat generates due to which it stops working sometimes (Solution: try using low brakes - verbally, when asked to write it they say cannot write and you may leave as brakes are working now), they don't give a damn to earn money that even someone can die due to their acts. Another problem with car is water come inside the car in heavy rains and to which they say user needs to clean waste pipes deeply with hands as their design allows mud/leaves/other-stuff to enter and block route, when asked to give in written again, we cannot if water comes again come we will repair and this till now have been faced almost 10 times, again serious matter as car can catch fire or short circuit due to which again life is at risk. Re-occuring issues with ac compartment 2 times changes in 3 years and blower stucks to which they say, don't use fresh air mode as that calls external air and dust particles with leaves and when asked about filter (Asnwer - how much can that stop as we cannot calculate what minute particles can be, to which cross question was how come leaves are not filtered, so blank) and again said repaired now and when again issue faced come back, this bills about 12k-13k once and what about this matter when car will be out of warranty. Rest other too many issues that are solved once modified part was used but still they were unexpected and out of case of wear and tear which rarely one by one seen in different cars but all in one in my case.
                    I really want some permanent solution or replacement of my dirty product or assurance that i am/we are safe in it as anything deadly can happen and risk our lives with lifetime warranty to such re-occurring issues.

                      Its not even been 2 years i bought Renault kwid RXT (automatic) and battery needs to be replaced as per the technicial who visited to check my vehicle.

                      Why battery needs to be placed within 2 years - I drive this car daily so battery gets charged daily.

                      Can you please let me know how can the battery die in less than 2 years. I have driven maruti and Honda there battery lasts for more than 3 years.
                      I am not happy with this vehicle. Will not recommend it to anybody.

                        Renault workshop in itanagar is one of the worst workshop in the world.
                        1) there is only 3, 4 mechanic are there. They took whole day repairing on one car only.
                        2) less workers in workshop but duoble workers in showroom.
                        3) less male workers compare to female workers.
                        4) managing director running aways from customers instead of any clarification.
                        5) they took whole day for free servicing which is done in within half hours.
                        6) in the name of engine oil they charge huge money.
                        7) they charged me rs 5680 in second free servicing. Whereas it was charge only rs 2600 approx. Earlier.
                        8) there is no any systematic.
                        Lastly, now i am suggesting my colleague not to buy/purchase any car from renault dealer itanagar.

                          This is with respect to my last visit at renault divineautotech,
                          Jahangirpuri service centre.
                          I dropped my car at service centre on 4th may'19 as i was experiencing
                          Some issues in gear transmission.

                          Ever since i dropped my car there, no one paid the heed to contact me.
                          4 days after i tried contacting renault jahangirpuri, the lady over the call told me that my car is being
                          Transferred to another advisor as the previous advisor wasn't well.

                          Even then 5 days passed no one contacted me from the service centre
                          And i called the same number again, the lady over the phone again told
                          Me the same thing that my car is being transferred to another advisor,
                          And assured me that i would receive my car to the earliest.

                          As of now it has been 15 days, no one cares about my car, it is me who
                          Contact them to know the status of my car and how much more time will
                          It take.

                          I have been going to this particular service center since past 3 years
                          And have never witnessed such kind of misbehavior before. I finally
                          Resorted to write to you about this, before writing to you i lodged a
                          Complaint at renault.in site and there was no response from their
                          Side.

                          This experience is so underwhelming and disappointing that i doubt
                          That i would be able to recommend renualt to someone in future, the
                          Assurances that i was given at the time of purchase seems in ruins
                          Now.

                          I request you to look into this matter and get my car repaired to the earliest.

                            Hi, i am using duster diesel rxs 85 ps 2017 model... From the starting itself its giving me trouble on the clutch which is very hard. I have regularly updated on my service record.. Service centre team has done some updates also hut problem still remains sane.. Since i have already driven 38300 km.. Its becoming hard for me drive. Request your intervention for this problem..

                                Hi, i have renault fluence e4, manual, 2013 model, white color, gj19af6466.
                                I have given my car for general service few months back and ever since then my car audio music system was not working.., i have personally visited nearest renault service center many times, but i have not got any help or right response from them, its been almost 3/4 months i have no audio music in my car., and service center says "they cant repair replace or help me anyway.."

                                So this is my humble and final request to company to help with the product they have sold us with the promises and trust.

                                  this is regarding negligence during service on my renault duster (Dl8cz 7407). I have been facing issues with steering since long as it is responding a bit hard. Last year (Nov 2016) when i sent my vehicle for service at delhi moti nagar service centre, i told them to look for any issues in steering as it felt hard but they pacified me by saying that this issue is usual with all renault duster and is very common issue and nothing to worry about. They suggested that this hardness is right from the manufacturing. I got convinced by their words.

                                  But the problem aggravated later and when i sent my vehicle nov 2017 for service and asked them to look into the steering issue to renault mundka service centre, they told me that you need to get the whole steering assembly/rack replaced costing rs. 38000. Moreover, my extended warranty lapsed on 15 oct (Purchase date of vehicle:[protected]. This is pathetic to see that initially when the problem arrived, renault ignored it and later when the problem aggravated, you are charging heftily knowing that my car was in warranty when i initially reported the issue. I have been driving the vehicle since then with the issue. But couple of my friends also faced the same issue now. We are consolidating a list of customer who are facing same issues and preparing to file a legal case against renault as they should have recalled their vehicle to fix this issue as this has been faced by a lot of customers. Someone has to raise their voice against the corrupt renault. I have all the facts, mails and bills to prove our claim renault will definitely pay for it. Vw does in the past, why not renault.

                                    With reference to my booking for one renault's duster rxs cvt petrol 1.6 brown colour in the name of sk abdul momin kindly refund my booking money of rs 173000 asap.
                                    I have been chasing for the refund for nearly 4 months now but to no avail. If the money is not refunded to me within 7 working days after receiving of this mail, i will be forced to take legal step against the company.

                                    My sales consultant mr abhishek nandi was informed about this as well around 12 days ago but to no avail.

                                    Kindly expedite the refund process asap without any further hassle.

                                      About my claim of damages due to accident of my vehicle, service center has kept my vehicle around two months even after commitments of timely delivery, so i had to face a huge monetary loss as its a commercial vehicle.
                                      Also, they did not respond properly during these two months of time. And confirmed that all damages are approved by insurance company but at the time of payment when insurance company did settle my claim partly, again service center is not responding anything even after my several mails.
