My experience of buying a vehicle from pps renault pune has been a very distressing. From the beginning i have been treated with a sub-standard product. I really doubt the quality check & control mechanism of renault. Appended are the issues faced since i had booked the car.

I have purchased a kwid on april 24th 2017, and just completed two years. Yesterday, all of a sudden the vehicle stopped after fuelling and the only indicator was the "lines" similar to heartbeats monitoring in red. The vehicle would not start at all. About my claim of damages due to accident of my vehicle, service center has kept my vehicle around two months even after commitments of timely delivery, so i had to face a huge monetary loss as its a commercial vehicle.
Also, they did not respond properly during these two months of time. And confirmed that all damages are approved by insurance company but at the time of payment when insurance company did settle my claim partly, again...

I have been to dealership 2-3 times regarding fuel tank capacity of kwid car.
When checked by computer it showed the tank fuel of 22 ltr and they said it's the update issue, after the update i went again to dealership for fuel check, it was 23 ltr.
Car number is hr29 at 4068. They told me that tank capacity is 26 ltr and there is 2 ltr for air gap, so the net capacity is 24 ltr only.
