[Resolved]  Renault — Issuing wrong registration number

This is to be taken very seriously as i have taken the delivery of the car KWID RXL model in the month of august'16.i got my registration number in the first week of November the registration number i got was MH-15-FF-7893 which was been conveyed to me on phone and through message .i made the number plate and had put on my car.but after few days when i check on the RTO site by the registration number the said number was displayed by another customer name and that also for WAGON R .i got shocked that if anything wrong must had happen with me and my car along with the said number .it would be like a crime .
afterwords when i call the agent from unnati renault nasik he told me that sir sorry it was by mistake given to me .my new number for KWID RXL model is MH-15-FF-7891

so who is responsible for the same and the person or the dealer who has done this mistake has to give compensation for the same.
